The are two groups of the enterprises at the third place as well, with near by 13% sale propositions each. There are: car business (transportation firms, maintenance and refuelling stations) and hotel-recreation complexes (hotels, mini-resort hotels, etc.).

Prices on these types of business are concentrated in the narrow enough range close to its high bound : from $600 000 (car maintenance station), up to $800 000 (transport firm) and from $400 000 (small hotel complex), up to $700 000 (resort base). It is necessary to notice, that yet more hotel-recreation objects concentrated in the price range over 1 million dollars and, consequently, should be introduced in the next article.

Service sphere enterprises complete the rating of the business sale proposals up to $1 million - 10%. That confirms the prognoses of InterCredit specialists: further moving in the low prices area testifies that the indicated industry is yet distant from bottom of crisis.
