An Ukraine-Swiss business-forum took place in Zurich. The Ukrainian union of industrialists and businessmen (UUIB) and Organization on economic development of Western Switzerland (DEWS) came forward organizers of this meeting...
The main theme of forum was a question of investing and financial management in the crisis conditions. In 2008 commodity turnover between Ukraine and Switzerland grew in 2,3 time. For deepening of collaboration of two countries was signed an agreement «Concerning the collaboration and mutual support» between USPP and DEWS.
In addition, USPP started the dialog with the State secretariat of economy of Swiss Government (SECO). Particular interest for Ukrainian business presents support program of SIPPO import. The specialists of organization render support to developing countries private business in coming into the Switzerland market. In particular, SIPPO helps companies in their participating in international exhibitions and fairs.
So, company pays only 15% costs of participating in an exhibition, all other pays the Switzerland Government. Presently program participants are companies from 14 countries of the world, such as Albania, Egypt, Peru and Ukraine.
However, as a vice-president SIPPO Boyko Doychinov marked, the Ukrainian companies little know about possibilities of this program. Main reason for that is absence in Ukraine any information about SIPPO `s possibilities. «In autumn we will conduct a new forum, where will invite the specialists of SIPPO, which could to acquaint the Ukrainian companies representatives with the program, - the first vice-president of USPP Sergey Prokhorov notarized.
Ukrainian delegation also presented on a forum a new project, directed on internal market development, - program of accessible individual housing. By this project is foreseen economy individual houses building in Ukraine with the domestic materials usage. The price of one house has not exeed more than $100 thousands. Presently a project is on the development stage and will be presented in May. In Zurich a project already has got encouragement from Switzerland banks. So, the AAM bank declared its intention to give 500 thousand euro credit on a similar project.
Main problem which building of accessible hauses ran into, is absence of energy-savingss technologies, obligatory for this project. There are not similar engineering decisions in Ukraine. Thus, was planned to attract Swiss BG Group, which offers technologies, allowing for 60% energy consumption decreasing.
