"Almost along all the directions, besides energy, we see shortening of energy consumption, we have positive growth," the Head of Government underlined. According to her, certain branches demonstrated increase of up to 20% in February against the previous month.

Yulia Tymoshenko noted it points to anti-recessionary measures of the Government are effective: “This doesn’t imply the crisis is over. It implies all anti-crisis measures being taken are gradually bringing positive results".

"Unfortunately, this is only the beginning of work and there is a lot for us to do, but such positive dynamics is preserved for now,” the Premier opined.
