... to agrarians on privileged conditions. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko announced at a meeting dedicated to agricultural machine-building.

"Equipment will be given, in fact, almost without percents for a long term so that agrarians had an opportunity to re-equip their production facilities," the Premier underlined and added such measures were taken within the frames of realization of the anti-crisis program of the Government.

Yulia Tymoshenko proposed to participants of the meeting to elaborate a concept of forming of modern park of agricultural equipment. She informed the Gov’t would direct budget funds only for support of enterprises that deal with production of advanced equipment.

Besides, Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized the Government would develop a strategy of transition to new advanced systems of working the land during the following 3-5 years. According to her, one of such technologies is "noutil" – "such technology gives an opportunity to decrease use of oil-lubricating materials 3-4fold, reach bigger yield and improve quality of agricultural land".
